1. Who we are

Hundi Pty Ltd (ACN 699 901 374, ABN 84 699 901 374) runs hundi.com.au. We build software that helps bookkeepers and accountants review GST and BAS in Xero. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Hundi.

We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website: the forms, bookings, emails and analytics on hundi.com.au.

Client records you connect to the Hundi app are covered separately, by the Hundi app privacy policy. It names every service that touches those records, including the AI service we use to read invoices and match suppliers. Client records never come through this website.

3. What we collect

Your name, email and what you're interested in, when you fill in the early access form
Your name, email and message, when you use the contact form
Your name, email and booking answers, when you book a call
Your email, answers and summary result, when you complete one of our quizzes. We don't keep the raw cash, revenue or spending figures you type into the Default Alive Diagnostic.

4. Why we collect it, and your say in it

We use it to:

Reply to you and run the calls you book
Email you about Hundi early access and the Hundi Collective, if you asked to hear from us
Send you the quiz results you asked for
Understand how the site is used, so we can fix it
Meet our legal obligations

We only email you about Hundi. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email support@hundi.com.au and we'll take you off the list. We don't use your information for anything else without asking first.

5. The services we use

These services process personal information for us. Each one only gets what it needs for the job listed.

6. Who else sees it

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the services in section 5, for the jobs listed, or where Australian law requires or allows it.

7. Overseas

Several of these services store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and only the Hundi team can get to it. We keep it while we need it for the reasons in section 4, or as long as the law requires, then delete it.

Correct it
Have it deleted
Make a complaint about how we've handled it

10. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. The booking calendar may set its own when it loads. Vercel Web Analytics doesn't use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here and the date at the top changes with it.
